Tests and examinations

Due to procedural changes, we are currently not offering DTZ and LiD exams for external participants. We can only register participants for a DTZ or a LiD test who have taken part in at least one module of an integration course at our school. The DTB exams (B2 and C1) are part of a DeuFöV professional language course. Participation for self-paying participants is not possible.

Bookings are binding. The registration deadlines vary depending on the exam, but are usually around 4 weeks in advance.

In most cases, subsequent changes to bookings come at a fee or are not possible at all. If you do not show up for an exam, you will forfeit it without replacement unless you can present a certificate of incapacity for work from your doctor (AU - Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung, also called Attest).

DTZ and LiD are free of charge for persons with integration course papers, but these exams will also be forfeited if you don't show up or arrive late.
